It offers competitive prices. Polite staff and buffet breakfast. We loved our coffee with goodies at Rainforest Cafe. The room was quite nice and big.
-
We truly enjoyed location and staff, it had everything that we wanted for our weekend. It is based in a quiet street. Also, we could visit churchill war rooms, it was 10 minutes' drive away.
-
Excellent central location at Trafalgar Square at the back entrance of the National Gallery, unfortunately just opposite a construction site. Room small but sufficient. A large bed (200 x 200) with a shaky mattress: if you turn around, the partner gets rocked.
-
The price-performance ratio of the hotel is really very good! On foot one can reach various places of interest without problems. The rooms are very spacious by London standards, I can't say anything negative about the price!
Unfortunately the check-in didn't work out for us on Friday evening. However, the hotel provided us with a room in the partner hotel (Amba Hotel) including a taxi ride there. The room in the Amba Hotel was also very nice - but the circumstances were a bit tedious.
-
The hotel is located in an absolutely central location and is also very quiet. Breakfast was good.
-
The location of the hotel, right next to the National Gallery, is really very good. Within a few minutes you are at Piccadilly, Leicester Square and Regent Street. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
A hotel in this price range lacks some basic items such as a bathrobe and slippers. The carpet had stains and the bathroom was so narrow that there was no room for two shower towels. The food in the hotel is very mediocre.
-
Very quiet and functional room - location is top - unfortunately a large construction site right next to it which somewhat \ ruins the overall impression.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated and the shower was in cold - hot - mode !

A good clean hotel, friendly staff. We booked a twin but on arrival was allocated a double - the bed was a large kingsize and the staff seperated and made-up into singles which were very roomy. Excellent location for shopping and sights (road behind leicester square) - I was on a shopping/theatre trip with a friend and we only needed to get a taxi because our feet were sore!!! Breakfast was good, excellent selection of food, however going to breakfast at 10.30 (available til 11am) meant the english breakfast items were only slightly warm and somewhat "shrivled".
Concierge was a very miserable man, with no manners.
-
The location was ideal for our visit to the English national opera and the car park in Whitcomb St
Room was small and was a twin when we expec ted a double. Breakfast was too expensive at £18 so we had ours at Pret a Manger for £4
-
Placement is extraordinary, and staff is really very helpful. You are not disappointed, and in London, that's quite the thing! It was quite full during our stay; that means queuing at breakfast if not an early bird.
-
top class service and excellent facilities
-
The location was excellent- just beside Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. However as it is situated in a side street it is away from the hustle and bustle of central London. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was efficient as there were 7 of us in our party. Overall the stay was just what we wanted- central, clean and comfortable.
-
The size of bed.
We didn't have iron and board at our room and a fridge. Even if I wouldn't drink or eat anything I could have used to store a wine we planned to drink together to commemorate our anniversary.Simple but would work.

Perfect central location for tourists and theatergoers in London. Walk to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Piccadilly, Soho, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Thames, shopping, 100s of restaurants, casinos, etc.
Make sure you get a refurbished room.
